Users can manage the plan options by themselves. No need
to type a random string of numbers, stars, and hash signs in
order to upgrade your deal — a simple scroll works perfectly.
We have faced a task to create a unique feature —
the plan constructor. We nailed it 💪🏻 Yota became the first
Russian mobile provider who gave customer the opportunity to choose from
the range of services by themselves.
Service in everything
It is possible to solve any problem and complete all required
tasks right within the app. Changing mobile numbers or recharging is
made fast and easy.
With the care of clients
No more calls on helplines or calls to short numbers for
services — client support is available through a chat
within the application. Quick response and individual
approach is guaranteed.
