Mobile application VTB Bank of Moscow
A good bank is a mobile bank. We became a connection
between the bank, technologies, and users — we developed
a mobile app for clients of VTB Bank of Moscow. We are
proud of the fact that right after the release
in 2015 the app was ranked with the second place
in usability rating for mobile bank applications
by UsabilityLab.

Access to information 24/7
Within the app, clients of the bank can receive information about
their account, deposits, mortgage, and other loans, as well as
their debit and credit cards.
To make a large amount of information easy
to comprehend and to give the users an easy access
to dozens of functions is always
an interesting task. The app includes payment options,
transfers, the opportunity to work with card 💳 templates
and other useful things. I did my best to create
an app where the users could find what they needed
at the right time.
Payment for services
Besides typical payment options such as TV, Internet, mobile phone
service and utilities, the app also enables users to pay for
traffic police fines. The app also allows replenishment of personal
accounts and e-wallets.
There is no room for mistakes 🚫 in a bank app.
Security and comfort are the main quality criteria. I am
satisfied with the result — clients have a safe access
to their savings and assets via smartphones.
We organized many meetings with the client and defined the most
effective format of the development process. We have
ended up with solving a large amount of non-typical tasks
and most importantly, we withstood all the security rules
of the bank ourselves.
Transfers and payments with any bank card
For payments, the users can have an unlimited amount of bank cards
from any Russian banks. In addition, they can transfer money from
card to card of any Russian bank, as well as between
their own accounts and cards that they have in VTB Bank of Moscow.
