This week our CTO Semyon Semakov has attended GDD09 Russia. The conference was great, there were a lot of interesting presentations. Many people have taken part and many curious ideas have been put forward. Google developers talked about Wave API, APP Engine, Chrome extensions, GWT and other issues.
We are 4 years old this week. And to celebrate the occation we have have given ourselves a present - this new website. We would be glad to see if you like it as much as we do. Even more so, we'll be glad if you tell us that through our new project - GOOZZY, which allows you to comment any point on the internet. Any feedback is welcome!

IT- Outsourcing is not new thing. There are many companies especially in the USA already using outsourcing. It allows them to reduce expenses for development, that is why it could be attractive for market participants. But talking with potential clients in North America and Europe, I frequently encounter some skepticism about the use of outsourcing. I have tried to analyze what causes of this skepticism, and how they justified it is.
